 hing and Social. A way to improve your orienteering skills in a social wa
 y without the pressure of competition. Taking place every 2nd Saturday of 
 the month (except July\, August and December)\, club coaches put on sessio
 ns for orienteers\, no matter your age or level. Everyone is welcome!\n\n\
 nEntry/Registration\nRegister via the ONLINE FORM\n\n\nRegistration closes
 \nMidnight\, Tuesday 7 October 2025\n\n\nStart Times\nArrive 10am for regi
 stration. Coaching takes place 10.45am to 12.15pm.\n\nControl gathering 12
 .15pm to 12.45pm. Social of shared packed lunch takes place afterwards 12.
 45pm to 2pm.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Club Meets are FREE for members of LVO\, NIO
 A and Orienteering Ireland as well as O-Play and TD1/2 Juniors.\n\nNon-mem
 bers are also welcome to attend any of our activities and events but there
  is a £5 fee per person for this activity. After attending three orientee
 ring events\, people must join a club so they are insured.\n\nJoin our clu

 ‍👦 Groups will be organised into people with the same level of abilit
 y\, each having a dedicated coach. expected three groups - Juniors\, less 
 physical adults\, more physical adults.\n\nCarousel of activities:\n\n🧘
 ‍♀️Pilates - indoor session. Professional instruction focusing on co
 re strength training. There will be differentiated exercises for all abili
 ties.\n\n⛰️ Hill training - exercises and techniques to help our climb
 ing and descending technique.\n\n🏃‍♀️ Training courses - 3 course
 s to choose from to practice your skills and work on you fitness.\n\n\nKit
  requirements\n🧥👖 Clothing and Kit\n\nInside - comfortable clothing.
  no shoes required. If you have one\, please bring along a yoga mat. \n\n
 Outside - Full body cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – 
 a waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there 
 will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – 
 bring along a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to be a 
 bag drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or coa
 ch is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off 
 at your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should ca
 rry whistles. Bring a compass if you use and have one. Some base plate and
  thumb compasses will be available to borrow and try out. Dibbers are not
