 st\n\n\nEvent Format\nClub Meet\, Coaching and Social. A way to improve y
 our orienteering skills in a social way without the pressure of competitio
 n. Taking place every 2nd Saturday of the month (except July\, August and 
 December)\, club coaches put on sessions for orienteers\, no matter your a
 ge or level. Everyone is welcome!\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nRegister via th
 e ONLINE FORM.\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Tuesday 4 March 2025\n
 \n\nStart Times\nArrive 10am for registration. Coaching takes place 10.15a
 m to 12.15pm.\n\nControl gathering 12.15pm to 12.45pm. Club Annual General
  Meeting (AGM) and social takes place afterwards12.45pm to 2pm BB Hall (TB
 C).\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Club Meets are FREE for members of LVO\, NIOA and Ori
 enteering Ireland as well as O-Play and TD1/2 Juniors.\n\nNon-members are 
 also welcome to attend any of our activities and events but there is a £5
  fee per person for this activity. After attending three orienteering even

 nNotes/Courses\n👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Groups will be organised into pe
 ople with the same level of technical ability\, each having a dedicated co
 ach:\nO-Play - for children in P3 and under\, accompanied by their parents
 .\n⚪🟡 Technical Difficulty (TD) 1 and 2 (White and Yellow) Easy cours
 es with all controls mostly on linear features such as paths\, walls and s
 treams. Suitable for P4 children and above and adult newcomers who want a 
 gentle introduction to orienteering.\n🟠 TD 3 (Orange) Courses use basic
  use of a compass and route choice. Ideal for novice orienteers or young j
 uniors with experience (ideally aged 10 and above).\n🟢🔵🟤 TD4 and 
 5 (Lt Green\, Green\, Blue and Brown) Challenging navigation with route ch
 oice and using more contour and point features suitable for experienced ju
 niors and adults.\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Full body cover is manda
 tory. If the weather is cold or wet – a waterproof jacket will be mandat
 ory. As well as times of exercise there will be periods of coaching when y
 ou will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along a hat and gloves to ke
 ep comfortable. There is likely to be a bag drop off point with a coach pr
 esent or close by. NOTE: the club or coach is not responsible for the safe
  keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off at your own risk\, so please leave
  any valuables in the car. All should carry whistles. Bring a compass if y
 ou use and have one. Some base plate and thumb compasses will be available
  to borrow and try out. Dibbers are not required.\n\n\nParking\nBB hall ca
 r park (or main car park)\n\n\n\n\n\nToilets\nAvailable at BB Hall\, after
