 mpetition. Taking place seven times a year (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Sep/Oct)\,
  club coaches put on sessions for orienteers\, no matter your age or level

 embers of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland as well as for TD1/2 Juniors
 .\n\nNon-members are also welcome to attend any of our activities and even
 ts but there is a £5 fee per person for this activity. After attending th
 ree orienteering events\, people must join a club so they are insured.\n\n

 Courses\n👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Groups will be organised into people wi
 th the same level of speed - either faster or slower than Ric!\n\n\nKit re
 quirements\n🧥👖 Full body cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold 
 or wet – a waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exer
 cise there will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so la
 yer up. The weather forecast is cold\, so bring along enough clothes as we
 ll as  hat and gloves to keep comfortable. It is very muddy\, so a change
  of clothes and shoes afterwards is advised.\n\nThere is likely to be a ba
 g drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or coach
  is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off at
  your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should carr
 y whistles. Bring a compass if you use and have one. Some base plate and t
 humb compasses will be available to borrow and try out. Dibbers are not re
