Everyone is welcome!\n \n📍 This month we will meet in the Education Ro oms near the overflow car parking. Pass the main car park and turn down to the right and the buildings are on your left. \n \n👨‍👩‍👧 ‍👦 Groups will be organised into people with the same level of techni cal ability\, each having a dedicated coach.\n⚪🟡TD 1&\;2 (White &a mp\; Yellow) Easy courses with all controls mostly on linear features such as paths\, walls and streams. Suitable for primary school children and ad ult newcomers who want a gentle introduction to orienteering.\n🟠TD 3 (O range) Courses use basic use of a compass and route choice. Ideal for novi ce orienteers or young juniors with experience.\n🟢🔵🟤TD4&\;5 (L t Green &\; above) Challenging navigation with route choice and using m ore contour and point features suitable for experienced juniors and adults .  \n \n💰 FREE! What’s more\, it’s free for LVO club members. All NIOA members are welcome to attend.\nNon-members are also welcome to atte nd any of our activities and events. It will be free for Juniors at TD2 bu t there will be a cost of £3 for TD3\,4 and 5 coaching to cover costs. \ nWhy not join up and get these sessions for free as well as reduced prices for events and many other benefits!\n \n⏰ Assembly and briefing at 10. 30am sharp. Arrive by 10.15am so everyone is ready to go at 10.30am. Coach ing sessions will end at 12.30 and afterwards we are all invited to bring along a packed lunch and socialise afterwards. Facilities to make tea/cof fee will be provided.\n \n🏃‍♀️Full body cover is mandatory. If t he weather is cold or wet – a waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As we ll as times of exercise there will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along a hat and gloves to keep comfort able. There is likely to be a bag drop off point with a coach present or c lose by. NOTE: the club or coach is not responsible for the safe keeping o f the kit\, it is dropped off at your own risk\, so please leave any valua bles in the car.\nJuniors should carry a whistle.
