 rmat\nClub Meet\, Coaching and Social. A way to improve your orienteering 
 skills in a social way without the pressure of competition. Taking place e
 very 2nd Saturday of the month during term-time\, club coaches put on sess
 ions for orienteers\, no matter your age or level. Everyone is welcome!\n\
 n\nEntry/Registration\nCLOSED\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Tuesday
  8 April 2025\n\n\nStart Times\nArrive 10am for registration. Coaching tak
 es place 10.15am to 12.15pm.\n\nControl gathering 12.15pm to 12.45pm. Soci
 al of shared packed lunch takes place afterwards 12.45pm to 2pm.\n\n\nPric
 e\n💰 Club Meets are FREE for members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ire
 land as well as O-Play and TD1/2 Juniors.\n\nNon-members are also welcome 
 to attend any of our activities and events but there is a £5 fee per pers

 organised into people with the same level of technical ability\, each havi
 ng a dedicated coach:\n⚪🟡 Technical Difficulty (TD) 1 and 2 (White an
 d Yellow) Easy courses with all controls mostly on linear features such as
  paths\, walls and streams. Suitable for P4 children and above and adult n
 ewcomers who want a gentle introduction to orienteering.\n🟠 TD 3 (Orang
 e) Courses use basic use of a compass and route choice. Ideal for novice o
 rienteers or young juniors with experience (ideally aged 10 and above).\n
 🟢🔵🟤 TD4 and 5 (Lt Green\, Green\, Blue and Brown) Challenging nav
 igation with route choice and using more contour and point features suitab
 le for experienced juniors and adults.\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Ful
 l body cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – a waterproof 
 jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there will be perio
 ds of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along a
  hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to be a bag drop off 
 point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or coach is not res
 ponsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off at your own r
 isk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should carry whistles.
  Bring a compass if you use and have one. Some base plate and thumb compas
 ses will be available to borrow and try out. Dibbers are not required.\n\n
 \nParking\n🚗 Please park at Meelmore Lodge in the overflow carpark behi
 nd the main building\, beside the campsite. Pay for parking in the Lodge (
 £4\, cash or card).\n\n\n\nToilets\nToilets are located at the side of Me
 elmore Lodge.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;
