DESCRIPTION:Lagan Valley Orienteers are supporting Northern Ireland Oriente
 ering Association in staging the British Middle-Distance Championships on 
 Sunday 7 May 2023 in Drumkerragh Forest.\n\nThis national competition will
  be a great experience for our club to host and an opportunity for many of
  us to experience supporting and/or competing against the best orienteers 
 in the UK and beyond.\n\nFull details of the event including how to enter

 mps and British TrailO Champs will be held the day before (Saturday 6th) i
 n Armagh City.\n\nThe British Championships races conclude the weekend of 
 10 days of the Emerald Isle O Festival. This festival\, the first of its k
 ind in Ireland\, kicks off with the Irish Championship weekend (28 April -
  May 1). For more info visit the Irish Orienteering Championships 2023 web
 page.\n\nThe festival will also include events or activities each week day
  between the two National Championship competitions. This will include a U
 K Urban League Race at Carrickfergus on Thursday 4 May. Here is the link t
