 ren go free.\n\nSI timing card hire is free but are charged at a replaceme
 nt cost of £30 if lost.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nUrban terrain in the town o
 f Bangor. Mostly paved surfaces\, but will include some grass.\n\n\nPrevio

  2025 NI Urban League\, Details are on the competitions page of the NI Ori
 enteering website.\n\nShort – 2.1km + 20 m climb – The short course is
  the only course suitable for unaccompanied juniors under the age of 16.\n
 Medium – 5.5km + 60m climb\nLong – 7.4km + 85m climb\n\n\nFirst Aid an
 d Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use footpaths when possible. The short 
 course is suitable for Juniors as it does not involve road crossings or ar
 eas where there is likely to concerns over vehicle traffic. Due to the nat
 ure of the longer courses\, there are age restrictions in place.\n\nThere 
 will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at registration.
  Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do
  not come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medic
 ation you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come 
 across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help.
  There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to
  provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whether th
 ey complete the course or not. This is to account for all competitors\, en
 suring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collec
 ted in at 3pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this time retur
 n to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and ru
 nning vests are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs 
 are not allowed. It can be muddy in places and therefore shoes with some g
 rip would be appropriate.\n\n\nParking\nParking at the carparks on Seaclif
 fe Road\, Ballyholme\, BT20 5HT. As Seacliff Road is on-way\, this is best
  approached from Bangor town centre driving along the coast. By public tra
 nsport take the train to Bangor and then bus 3 to Ward Avenue.\n\n\nToilet
