DESCRIPTION:\nWelcome to LVO's 2019 "Autumn Trophy" Series\nHaving had to c
 ancel Autumn Trophy 2 at Kilbroney due to forestry operations\, we are now
  pleased to confirm (after some issues with Belfast City Council regarding
  access) that a re-scheduled event will take place at Belfast Castle this 
 Saturday\, 30th November.\nRegistration\, Start Times and Closing Time\n\n
  	Registration will be at the car-park beside the childrens playground fro
 m 11:00.\n 	Starts are from 11:30 to 13:00.\n 	Courses close at 15:00\, at
  which time controls will be lifted.\n\nEntry fees:\nUnfortunately due to 
 the BCC access issues mentioned above we can’t take any payment for this
  event on Saturday morning. We will give you information on how to pay whe
 n you register.\n\nSenior\, i.e. age 21 and over:  £9 (£7 for members)\
 n\nUnwaged / Student: £7 (£5 for members)\n\nJunior: £4 (£3 for member
 s)\n\nSI timing will be in use.  Dibbers will be available for hire (no c
 harge) at registration.\nCourses\n\n 	Green 3.2km\, 160m climb\n 	Orange 2
 .3km\, 90m climb\n 	Yellow 1.5km\, 70m climb\n\nMap\nBelfast Castle\, Scal
 e 1:7500\nTerrain\nThe park is situated on the lower slopes of the Cavehil
 l.  It incorporates mixed parkland around Belfast Castle at the lower end
 \, with wood land and open hillside above.  The slopes can be very steep 
 particularly higher up\, and can be very slippy particularly after heavy r
 ain.  Please take care especially on steep descents.\n\nThere is a good p
 ath network traversing the slopes.  Off the paths there is a mixture of o
 pen woodland and some dense undergrowth with old windblown.\nDirections an
 d Parking\nEnter the park from the Antrim Road\, there is a narrow entranc
 e signposted for 'Cavehill Country Park and Adventure Playground'.  Look 
 out for the orienteering flag.\n\nRegistration will be at the MOO trailer 
 in the lower carpark beside the playground\, park where you can in any of 
 the carparks.  Start and finish will be close to registration.\nSafety No
 tes\nALL competitors MUST download their times at registration even if the
 y don't finish the course.  Otherwise someone will be out looking for you
  unnecessarily.\n\nThere will be lots of other park users about so mind th
 e traffic around the carpark and access roads.\n\nThe park is also popular
  with mountain bikers\, so take care when crossing or using bike tracks.\n
 \nSome steep slopes are particularly slippery\, and some localised areas h
 ave very dense undergrowth so make sure you come prepared\, and take care 
 when you're out there.  Appropriate footwear is essential especially for 
 the green course.\n\nCarrying a whistle would be recommended for the green
  course\, but not compulsory (unless the weather dictates!!)\nNewcomers\nY
 ou are welcome to join us even if you are not a member of the club.  Club
  members will be available to offer advice and assistance\, just ask at re
 gistration.  (Note : for insurance purposes you may attend two events as 
 a non-club member but after that you need to join an orienteering club).\n
