Instructions

Stormont is the venue for WEE 4. Isn't it great to see such a venue being put to good use - what else would you use it for?

You will need a parking permit to get into the estate - Please download and print this parking permit here and leave it on your windscreen whilst at the event.

David has planned two great courses: a long course of 3.8km (full leg cover advised), and a short course of 2.1km. Remember this is as the crow flies - your route will be longer!

There is also a string course for the young ones (walking to 7 or 8 years), thanks to Stephanie, this will run from 6.30 -7.00pm - leaving time for the kids (and parents) to do the short course if they want.

Registration will be at the MOO, (chip van) from 6.30pm, starts from 6.45 ish -7.45pm and courses closing at 8.30.pm

Please note that if you pre-enter, you can pick up your control descriptions and proceed directly to the start. If you pre-enter and are hiring a dibber, you can collect it from the MOO. Otherwise, complete the registration form at the MOO and then enter on the night. For safety reasons, please give your name, dibber number and course to the marshal at the Start.

Entry fee 7 adult, 5 adult member, 4 Junior non-member, 3 Junior / Student / Unwaged, free Adults going with a Junior.
Online entry closes midnight Sunday

If you are bringing a group, please let us know in advance as it speeds things up on the night.

Please watch out for other park users. Other orienteers are fair game for knocking over if they are the same size as you, but watch out for wee ones as we want to encourage them. Its just not nice to run into other park users either.

Enjoy the evening!

Shaun
