Autumn Workshop this evening

#BeatTheForestPlannerĀ workshop this evening 19:00 – hosted by Wilbert & Fin. These fine gentlemen know a thing or two or three about forest orienteeringĀ šŸŒ² It’s being hosted at the Junction Centre in Dungannon (not Antrim!!) This modern building is on the right side (as you drive in) of the Tesco car park, opposite the bus station. Wednesday Evening Training

Bye Bye WEE SeriesšŸ˜Ÿ, Hello Wednesday Evening TrainingĀ šŸ¤— Wednesdays in September are taking shape, a mixture of running training and skills training. Nice and informal! Current plan is: 5th Sept – All Levels Running Training from Malone RFC 12th Sept – Skills Training (venue TBC) 19th Sept – All Levels Running Training from Malone RFC 26th Sept – Skills Training (venue TBC) Session 1 will be led by Susan. Connswater Community Greenway Celebrations

Our satellite hub,Ā Urban-O Explorers Belfast, are delighted to be at Orangefield Park this Sunday, 1pm-4pm.Ā  We’re offering short orienteering loops, family-friendly & perfect for beginners to try out our wonderful sport.Ā  This is all part of the Greenway Celebrations. There are so many activities going on in the park, it’s sure to be a fun afternoon out.Ā  Bring the kids, the grandkids, the neighbours……and your sense of adventure! Folks I want to say a massive thank you to all club members who are supporting our satellite hubs, particularly in the past week.Ā Ā  Urban-O Explorers BelfastĀ on Sunday in Victoria Park had a massive turnout of families, over 100 Explorers.Ā  Our biggest ever!Ā  David, Olivia, Daphne, Andrew and Simon (FERMO) ran things from beside an ice cream stall – excellent planning there šŸ™‚ Tollymore OrienteersĀ Summer Series on Monday evenings has grown a Light Green course now.Ā  Add that to the Orange & Yellow already on offer, and you’re spoiled for choice.Ā  “It really was a proper Light Green” someone said!!!!Ā  Read More …
