The next Wednesday afternoon training event will be this Wednesday (28th) around Barnetts  starting from the Shaws Bridge car park. Starts from 1200. Unfortunately I am going to have to postpone the training event planned for this Wednesday In Crawfordsburn. (It also means I will have to think up a different Valentines day treat for Mrs Lennox! How do I top ‘control collecting followed by a bun in the café in Crawfordsburn?!’) It will now run next Wednesday (21st) instead in the same place. Sorry!

For anyone free this Wednesday afternoon there will be a small training event being run in Barnets (Malone House car park). Registration from 1230 and starts from 1300-1400. Courses will be Lt Green and Orange.  Cost £3.50. For anyone with Wednesday afternoons free: I am running a small series of training events over the winter, similar in format to the WEE, just on a much smaller scale. The first event is this Wednesday (6th Sep) in Hillsbrough Forrest. Starts from 1.30 – 2.30 and cost £3.50. 2 courses: Long- lt green, 3.7k Short- yellow, 2.5k If anyone would like to come please can you let me know to help with map printing.
