SPRING CUP COMES TO CRAWFORDSBURN
Looking forward to seeing a great turnout at this Saturday’s Spring Cup in Crawfordsburn. The village is signposted from the Belfast – Bangor A2 road about 4 miles from Bangor. Please follow the one-way system, past the Country Park Centre and downhill to the carpark nearest to the beach where you will find the MOO for registration. The start will be a taped 10 minute walk from the parking. There will be the usual 3 courses – Green, Orange and Yellow. Runners on the Yellow course must use the bridges to cross the river.

Take care on the main road through the park – all courses cross this route
Please note there will be a £1 addition to the entry cost for Adults only due to access fees being applied by the landowners.
Please note also that all non- club competitors must sign onto a registration sheet and all runners must report to Download even if they do not complete their course. Additional information/requirements re personal insurance may be compulsory – if needed this will be publicised at the MOO.
Facilities in the Park include toilets and a spacious cafe.
