All Levels Running Training on Wednesdays

Yes it’s a thing! Restarts Wednesday 9th January. Meeting Malone RFC, ready to run at 7pm. Bring a headtorch and some trail shoes. We can go do some exploring 🙂

Running Training is for All Levels. We jog together over to Orangefield Park. We warm up together, smile for the camera, complete the session at our own pace, jog home together, lots of stretching and all done by 8:15pm. Then a chance for a coffee or a cheeky schoolnight pint in the bar at the rugby club.
