Your colour standard is determined by your best 3 results in the last 12 months; these are shown with capital letters. The yellow highlighting indicates folk who have not rejoined for 2018; their results are retained in order to be used retrospectively should they get their cheque books out toute de suite! If they have gone on to other things then they will drop off the list as their results fall outside the 12-month window.
