Running in the snow is great! I had a lovely run in dry snow on Barnett Demesne on Wednesday.
With the event at Drum Manor being cancelled, is anyone up for a run out on Barnetts on Saturday? After a warm-up we will do a “Fartlek run”. It’s important that you have studs in your shoes and are clothed appropriately for the cold weather (ie base layer, jacket/cagoule, hat, gloves and full leg cover) and bring a snack and warm drink for afterwards. Under 18s are welcome but only if accompanied by an adult.
