map – scale 1:4000, contours 2.5m, drawn to ISSOM2006 with amendment for TrailO in accordance with Section 7 of ISOM2000. For boulder mapping all dimensions have been considered relevant, not just height.
control descriptions – ISCD2004
trail – metalled and gravel paths mapped as double black lines (solid for metalled, dashed for gravel) with brown infill. Competitors MUST NOT leave the trail. The optimum route between decision points 2 & 3 involves steps; there is a slightly longer unstepped alternative route around the playpark and back through controls 6 & 5.
course – 925m along the trail, 2.5m height gain.
