No, the event is open to EVERYBODY. Newcomers are always welcome. The only caveat I have is that all under 16’s need to be accompanied by an adult because I can’t guarantee / predict the routes that you might take and this is an urban event, even if a lot of the area will either be traffic free, or have very little traffic. This being said it will be a good event to do as a family especially if you have small children.
