The 2016 AGM will be held after the Woodburn event on Saturday 2nd April starting as close to 2pm as possible.
Anyone wishing to raise an issue for inclusion on the agenda should contact the Chairman by Tuesday 22nd March.
Nominations are also invited by the same date for the Steve McGibbon trophy which is awarded annually for services to the club.
