SPRING CUP COMES TO CRAWFORDSBURN
Looking forward to seeing a great turnout at this Saturday’s Spring Cup in Crawfordsburn. The village is signposted from the Belfast – Bangor A2 road about 4 miles from Bangor. Please follow the one-way system, past the Country Park Centre and downhill to the carpark nearest to the beach where you will find the MOO (Mobile Orienteering Office) for registration.
- Registration opens 11.00am
- Starts 11.30am – 1.00pm
- Courses close 2.30pm
The start will be a taped 10 minute walk from the parking.
There will be the usual 3 courses –
- Green 4.5k
- Orange 2.6k
- Yellow 1.3k
Runners on the Yellow course must use the bridges to cross the river.
Take care on the main road through the park – all courses cross this route

Get Annual Membership at the event and enter at the Member rate! Non members who compete in more than three events are not covered by our public liability insurance.
Please note there will be a £1 addition to the entry cost for Adults only due to access fees being applied by the landowners.
Please note also that all non- club competitors must sign onto a registration sheet and all runners must report to Download even if they do not complete their course.
Facilities in the Park include toilets and a spacious cafe.
